Is this just a guess or are you basing it on something? Have you seen him play? If he's so good why was he unemployed? Starting guards don't grow on trees. Unfortunately, ones that get buried by a bull rush do. Everything in that scouting report was true of Todd Wade as well. Maybe he should play right guard and we can put Heyer at tackle.

Fabini looked okay to me. And he actually made the final cut of an NFL roster this year.

DeMulling is a better mover than Fabini and quicker and stronger than him. Plus his natural position is Guard unlike Fabini who has mostly played tackle in his career. DeMulling was a pretty good guard when he was playing for the Colts and a good one for the Lions, he is a better player than Fabini is.
