3. Run, Pass, Run, Run, Pass, Run, Pass, Run got us the game-clinching TD last week. You have to have a balanced offense to win in the NFL. Look at the Patriots. They have a very balanced offense

(it's kind of funny how last week people were all "Wow what a genius Al Saunders is" this week with a very, very, very similar gameplan it's all "Old Man Gibbs needs to be fired)

you must not have seen king of the hill tonight.

Re: Great Playcalling, Joe

people here thought that we would be 2-1, they just thought the loss would be against the eagles not the giants.

Aren't the Eagles better?

I'll take it for sure.

Oh yeah.

When Burress scored I was really dejected, but by the end of the game, I was encouraged that we went out as we did. Doesn't make up for the loss, but we didn't lay down after giving up the lead and that was comforting.

Well honestly if this team had given up after allowing the Giants to get ahead by one friggin touchdown I'd be a lot more pissed than I was before. I'm over it now, I needed a few hours to cool off but it's done with and it's in the past now. Now we just need to work on fixing mistakes and doing things better so we can have a good game against the Lions two weeks from now.

Re: Great Playcalling, Joe

Is throwing more than you run with the lead not being aggressive?

Someone help me out here. I don't understand what the Warpath Collective wants when they say "aggressive".

And I'm getting pretty sure that you all don't know either.

Another close one as expected. Great first half, flat in the second half, had a chance to tie at the end and failed to do so.

Lets not lose focus we have a QB that started less than 10 games in this league! We are 2-1 not bad, MOVE ON! Detroit after the bye this game is in the books. THE END.

This is the only thing we as fans need to take away from this game.

The Giants beat us. It was incredibly close.

Moving on now...

Re: Great Playcalling, Joe

Horrible playcalling really throughout the game. To not be able to score more than 17pts at home against the league's worst defense is just not going to cut it. I could go on and on but it's just bad. I see a trend here 16 pts, 20pts, 17pts, ...we're not going anywhere this year by "trying to keep it close."

Re: Great Playcalling, Joe

this is why it's hard to be a skins fan. same shit, different year. the giants are god awful, and we made a pathetic team look better than us. the goal line play-calling was ridiculous and the whole 2nd half for that matter. Now we have 2 weeks for our team to stew over this loss and focus on the negative. This could be a huge blow to our fragile team who was finally starting to gain some confidence. And all new yorkers can hit 95 North and go the fuck home.

Great post. This game leaves a bad taste in my mouth. To allow a team to comeback from a 14 point deficit at half time is horrible. It's even worse when it's your division rival that has done this to you before. That pathetic goal line play sequence is going over and over in my head just like the Groundhog Day movie. I gonna get sick! URHH!!!!

Re: Great Playcalling, Joe

I think Campbell played well enough for us to win. It's simple...someone needed to step up and make a play when the game was slipping away...it didnt happen. The GIANTS wanted the game more
