A 14 point lead in the NFL is not anything significant. Teams come back from that type of deficit all the time.

True enough. The Cardinals came back and almost ended up stunning the Ravens. And that was at least a 21 point defecit.

The only thing that makes this loss that bad is that the Cowboys will probably beat the Bears. We need to keep up with the Cowboys and this year that will probably be a very tough job.

First and goal on the one yard line with 50 seconds left. Run the ball with Portis 4 straight times. If we lose, we lose, but we go out giving it our best shot. This was a coaching debacle.

I knew as soon as I heard that Plaxico Burress was actually going to play today, we were in trouble. He is the biggest playmaker on the Giants, hands down. Sure enough, he was the difference today.

Of course, if we could just hand off the ball without fumbling it away, or if we could do better than a 3-and-out after the ST pick, we could have won easily.

Oh, well...at least we still have a better record than the Chargers!
