Grossman isn't playing well enough to keep his job. The problem is you either have to replace him with Brian Griese or Kyle Orton. That's not going to improve the situation at all.

The Bears should have added QB help in the offseason, but now they pretty much have to go with Griese. I still think CedBen will have a good year.
