Of course the major difference is that Dexter Manley did drugs WHILE he played for the Redskins and is the only player (I know of) that EVER received a life-time ban from the league.

Nate Newton had long been out of the NFL when he had his run in with the law.

And Irvin never failed a drug test......peculiar isn't it?
