Re: I Was Wrong When...
I was wrong when I said I would have something to cheer for this season.

Re: I Was Wrong When...
i was wrong when i repeatedly said jimmy clausen would be a top 15 pick despite gtripp repeatedly laying down sound arguments that he would slip like brady quinn.

Re: I Was Wrong When...
I was wrong when I said they'd finish around 8-8 this year. I figured there would be marked improvement in the team's performance this season due mainly to the presence of Mike Shanahan, and in the offensive game planning/play calling of Kyle Shanahan.
Boy was I wrong. |

Re: I Was Wrong When...
There wasn't a clear cut winner in the AFC West, IMO...so I said that Denver would win it. Yeah.
I was also wrong earlier this summer when I suggested that the Shanahan's would never give Anthony Armstrong a chance to win a roster spot. What a year he's had. I was a Landry skeptic, but I'm glad the move back to the box worked for him. We're missing him badly right now.

Re: I Was Wrong When...
I was (fortunately) wrong about Brandon Banks
I was (unfortunately) wrong about Artis Hicks

Re: I Was Wrong When...
I was wrong about Sundberg. I said he wouldn't make the final roster cut.
I wish I was right about that one.

Re: I Was Wrong When...
I was wrong about having a stud running game this year.
I was wrong to buy into the mere hope that Jamaal Brown would give us what we were hoping for.

Re: I Was Wrong When...
I was wrong when I said Landry would never stop running around like a chicken with his head cut off.
I was wrong when I said Haynesworth would be here next year because our D-line needs talent too badly I was wrong about thinking that Brown would be at least an average tackle, making the trade worth it...he is junk I was wrong of my 7-9 prediction (not by much) I like this thread...mainly cause I couldnt think of that many predictions I had that were wrong...the mcnabb trade being stupid and shannahan being terrible with personnel are my two big ones. |

Re: I Was Wrong When...
I wouldn't declare people wrong on Brown yet, maybe just a bit premature
I was wrong about Jevan Snead, I thought he might get drafted in the 4th or 5th round and be a legit QB of the future for some NFL team. There I said it! I'm still right about Chase Daniel though, it's just the rest of the NFL that's wrong

Hey, SS, what would you do with Jammal Brown after the season if you had final say and he wanted to return?

Run Brown through rigorous physical tests, make sure he's totally healthy, and if so re-sign him
