Re: Cardinals vs Redskins game thread

No one can sit here and defend the playcalling today.

It is CONSERVATIVE like no other. Pretty much all runs, and NO deep passes.

Terrible, terrible.

I think that's a clear reflection of how beat up we are up front. The few times JC has looked to go deep he hasn't had good protection.

I am so pissed at the play calling, I still don't see why it has to be on the defense.

The offense cant get anything going because they have been given no options(AKA terrible playcalling).

You can't get JC killed by calling tons of deep stuff. With how beat up the line is they just can't open up the play book.

BUt you have to keep the pressure on the defense and keep your defense fresh on the sidelines.. They are getting killed this half because they've been out there the whole time!

I'm not dead but this team is dead to me...but now that McCloughan is here they may have new life!

Jay Gruden = Zorny McSpurrier
Kirk Cousins = Next Grossman

For being an Al Saunders advocate, you sure are dumping on.

Saunders was calling the plays last game, and I loved em. Players couldn't execute, but today it seems that players are executing but aren't getting enough opportunities.

And, he's still calling the plays this game as well. He didn't just decide to quit calling plays. And you're forgetting, executing the plays isn't just about the qb, receivers, and running backs. It's also the offensive line. That is our problem today.
