I just keep thinking how awesome it would be if we beat them. Granted, everyone would right it off as a fluke and they would be justified in doing so given our inconsistency. However, I just can't quiet the homer within me. Bad homer... bad, bad, bad.

I like the strategy of rushing 4 down lineman and dropping back into an aggressive zone against NE. Think that they saw the run on film and they will try to pound us a bit but mostly spread is what they love to do. If we can make some plays up front we'll be fine. If Brady has time it may be a long day though......

Best game was a MNF back in 2000 when we beat the defending SB champ ST Louis Rams in St Louis. It was like 45-28. Nice ass kicking, back when we still had Deion, Bruce Smith, Andre Reed, etc. It was great!!!!! IF we play ball like we did in the first half of the Gmen and GB games, we could have a good shot at knocking the Pats off, but we are horrid right now. |
