See this is more loser talk. Why do you care if he cheats on his wife? Every single one of my friends has cheated on his wife at some point. Does that mean I'm not going to be friends with them cause they get a piece of ass on the side every once in a while? I don't care and what they do is really not my business.

The guy is paid to win games. Not to be friendly with the media, or be nice to camera men, or make all the fans happy. Let me ask you this. Would you rather have a coach who is an a-hole who wins? Or would you rather have a coach who is nice and is loved by the media but can't win? Personally, I would would rather have the a-hole who wins.

The Pats are a better team/organization than us. But we were also outcoached yesterday. By a mile. So perhaps some of the fans should worry about why we can't score points, rather than cry about why the other coach is a bad guy, or why they ran it up on us.

It just means your friends are douche bags and so is Belichick. It speaks to your character what you do off the field, and based on what he does on the field I think it's pretty obvious the guy is a complete a-hole.

My point was why do Redskins fans care what BB does in his personal life? Why do the fans care if Brady fathered a child out of wedlock, or is on People magazine? It's like fans are trying to place blame anywhere except at our own team.

Why can't we discuss why nobody bothered to cover Vrabel on the same play he has ran since 04? Or why we just sat back and let Brady have all day to pass? Or why we can't get a 1st down?

Matt Cassell is NE's back-up QB. He never ever gets to play cause Brady has started every game since 01. So when he gets a chance to play what in the world is he suppose to do? Go in and hand it off? I can bet NE's coaching staff is thinking get this guy some game experience in case anything happens to Brady. They are always thinking ahead, unlike our coaching staff.

The company I keep?? All of these guys are very good people. They don't commit crimes and they are good fathers and outstanding citizens. They have just had some one night stands in Vegas. Is it right? No. Am I going to end friendships with people I have known for 15 years cause they had an affair? Hell no.

I was hoping for something similar to a Chuck Noll / Jerry Glanville interaction. Back in the day, Noll at least had the balls to get in Glanville's grille and let him know how he didn't appreciate how "Glandville" ran up the score on the Steelers that day. I have yet to see, or hear, any response from Gibbs after this embarrassing loss, but after the clock ran out, the camera was following Gibbs and it appeared that he simply avoided Belichick and ran off the field. Someone please tell me that I missed something and that Gibbs addressed this issue and stepped up for the team. Because if he didn't, I've lost a great amount of respect for him, and I love the guy. I had great respect for the Pats, and even Belichick, until today. I now hope they go down in a very very painful way.

I have been saying the exact same thing. Once they kept Brady in throwing the ball all over the field in the 4th up 40 points, then going for it on 4th down twice or three times, I would have told #21 (the reaper!) to go after him. Hit him hard, hit him often. I dont care about the 15 yarders, I dont care if he has thrown the ball, just break is freaking neck. If they wanted to be classless and do that crap, then we are going to make you wish you had pulled him. But, I guess what we did was show some class by not acting like idiots.

I agree. I think we should have sent the house when we were down 24-0 at halftime. what is there to lose, another 24 points? I personally would have pressured him all day instead of letting him stand back there, eat his dinner, then throw to welker over the middle all day. But given how bad our asses were getting whipped, you would think he would have said "ok fellas, lets just go after him this second half, lets put Brady on his ass!"

i really dont think i need to add anything except i do think they ran the score up on us and as someone once told me what goes around comes around. I was one of these that question the offensive play calling but honestly i am now starting to question the defensive play calling. But it is only one game and we need to put it behind us and get ready to play the Jets.

Yes, the team needs to move on with preparing for the next game, but I think the entire organization should not quickly forget what happened yesterday. They should keep this fresh in their collective minds and use it to learn from and for motivation. London Fletcher isn't ready to forget with this quote in the WP:

"We got utterly embarrassed in every facet of the football game," said linebacker London Fletcher, a vocal leader in just his first season with the team. The only way they could have stoped running up the score is to start kneeling down on every play because if they ran the ball they moved the chains if they passed they moved the chains. I WHICH WE COULD GET ACCUSED OF RUNNING UP THE SCORE.
