XBOX or PS3

well, what are you looking for in a system, cause if you want pure gaming and great online access, go xbox 360, but if you want a high quality system, then ps3 is it, but it lacks in online play and gaming, the games havent caught up with the system, and your gonna pay a 100.00 more for the ps3, do yourself a favor.........by Mircosoft

Thank you everyone for your responses.

I think DevilsOwn nailed it. I am actually looking for a gaming system and trying to stay away from BluRay and HD DVD. Who know who will come out on top when it is all said and done.

True, I read online and some mentioned here, PS3 seems to be more "capable" but apparently hasn't taken advantage of its strengths. Plus, I hear a lot of praise about Xbox Live and not so much about the "Home" (or whatever it is called for PS3).
