Story on Norv

Trivia question (and I don't actually know the answer, I'm looking for it): since the Super Bowl era began in 1967, are there any other coaches beside Norv Turner and Jack Patera (the Seahawks first head coach) who were invited back by their team for a sixth season after failing to reach the playoffs in any of their first five seasons?

First name that comes to mind is Jeff Fisher. But I think he made it in his fifth full year

You're close. Just looked it up. Fisher's first year was half a season. So while it was in fact his sixth season as the head coach, it was in his fifth full season that he made the playoffs.
