I have all the respect in the world for Joe Gibbs. I still believe his coaching and philosophy can still translate to wins in the modern era. There are just a few tweaks, especially on the deep threat and converting the passes we throw. If we can get the passing game in effect, we should be able to play with the best of them.

I hope that he will coach 1 more season after this year. I'd like to enjoy and savor the Gibbs era. Just like how when MJ retired from Basketball, you try not to take for granted. Because you'll end up missing them and wishing they were still playing, coaching, etc.
