We brought in players to win now, not to rebuild and we just have not won. They will have to blow up this roster in the next year, meaning new players on both sides of the ball. Now, having Jason here may make up for those growing pains of new players, but again if Joe retires again then its new coaches and new schemes AGAIN. it is very frustrating to lose, its even more frustrating to lose every year becuase of the same shit that has plagued this team for years.

I think you're getting a little crazy here talking about blowing up the team after this year. Sorry but that's not going to happen. Yes there will be some turnover and that's normal. But I don't see why the roster would be drastically overhauled.
