JC is young, sure, but he has been playing for a while now. When is he going to develope to a good QB? He hasn't been making good decision by holding the ball or over-throwing (sometimes wide open) receivers.

JC has 16 starts under his belt now... when is he going to develop into a good QB?? I guess you missed last week? He's well on his way.

I honestly don't understand anyone who can look at what he's done so far and not come away pleased with his progress.
