Def---Seahawks/Lions/Bills

any help would be much appreciated, I started out 6-0 and have lost 4 in a row

I know the feeling...in my keeper league, I won 5 out of the gate, lost 4 in a row, and squeeked out a .2 victory last week (Thank You Adam Vinatieri)

QB - Rivers. Cutler is a questionable start, Titans have a decent defense, and Garrard is coming off injury
In this order:
WR - Moss/C. Johnson/D. Bowe/C. Henry/M. Muhammad
RB - Barber/Fargas/Portis
Def - Seahawks/Bills/Lions
