Stern's listeners number around 10 million. And according to the demographic reports, many are affluent -- not the deadbeats you'd expect. But think about this, if Sirius is able to pull only 1/10 of his listeners, that's $13 million *A MONTH*, not including the start up fee and the cost of the receiver itself.

I just wonder how long it will be before some right-wing, fundamentalist bible thumpers start calling for legislation to allow the FCC to have regulatory control over satellite radio.
