The typical scenario is that the prosecutor hits them with as many charges as possible to gain leverage for plea deal talks. I would guess they would be hit with various firearms charges (e.g., it is likely they are felons and would be hit with charges of felon in possession of a firearm), attempted murder, various property crimes, and burglary among other possible charges.
