He has stayed this long for that reason; you would think he's expecting to be head coach. I think he will be a solid head coach for years to come in the nfl. he had his problems in Buffalo, but that's a tough place to get talent & keep it.

I was waiting for someone to mention that..... as the plan is now, though it may change, he will be our future coach when Joe decides its time to leave....
