Reche Caldwell and Keenan McCardell: 2008 Plans?

I watch Berrian whenever I get the chance and he seems to get open a lot, and then Rex Grossman throws some awful pass. He's probably not a bonafide #1 and maybe too inconsistent to really be a game changer. He's sort of the deep guy in Chicago (I'd have to watch more of him to make a more educated assessment). He might be too much like Moss (though taller 6-1) too be worth the money. I know SmootSmack was pimping him a couple of weeks ago and I've tried to take a look at him on the ticket when I've had the chance and he just looks like a real good player who is held back by horrible QB play. I think he may have had issues with dropped balls in the past so again, there are probably some downsides that I haven't gotten the opportunity to see.

I do like Berrian, but I think if we commit to Caldwell he can be as effective as Berrian.
