I Kinda Wish The Season Was Over

In a way, I hear what you're saying 12thMan. There's something kind of anticlimactic about this season now. I'm still looking forward to them playing the last four games and seeing how they progress, but overall I'm just not in the mood for sports. I've been trying to avoid watching any sports this week (until tonight's game)...which you can imagine is pretty close to impossible for me.

Still holding onto the hope we actually make the playoffs though. Until we get eliminated officially, I'll still believe

Truth is, with a win tonight, this place is going to be split 50-50 on a possible playoff birth.

I tell ya, one of the only major obsticles for an 8-8 playoff birth is a win over Minnesota. While I wouldn't deem this likely, it's certainly something we have control over.

Tellya what, a playoff berth or even a strong finish would definitely have a balming affect on the team, the city, and the fans.
