He is not as interactive as other head coaches, the coordinators run there unit. So it really doesn't matter anyway. I love Coach Gibbs and I know any true skins fan does too, leave him alone he is a hof and a legend.

Gibbs four years here around .43% win record and 4 years prior to Gibbs .44. We are no better.
