I guess it depends on where you live... I've been in a basically rural area most of my life, and I the only "trouble" I ever have to deal with is drunk rednecks. There are plenty of punk kids, but the ones where I'm from only run their mouths until someone calls them on it.

I'm interested to know where you live, that every kid that runs his mouth is packing heat. And I also find it hard to believe that if someone caused physical harm to your significant other, you'd just turn the other cheek.
