Free agency can work if you get the right players and use them to compliment draft picks. The problem that the Redskins have had is trading away their picks more than "buying every single player." To a large extent that is a tired retort from people who don't follow the team (such as yourself) and a vestige of the Danny's early days in D.C.

Andre Carter, London Fletcher, Fred Smoot, Randy Thomas, Casey Rabach, Cornelious Griffin, Marcus Washington, Shawn Springs, etc. have all worked out pretty well in D.C. I might mention a team you're more familiar with (despite your very very clever attempt to hide your affiliation) and their signing/trading for Adalious Thomas, Randy Moss, Wes Welker, etc.

Go find a Patriots board dude, or at least get a better name, PerkyPerk makes me think I should hate you. Then your comments just confirm that.
