Redskins offer Gibbs 2-year Extension

This is a bad move for the franchise. We're going to lose GWilliams, Blache, and maybe Saunders due to this contract extension. Gibbs hasn't gotten it done, we might squeak into the playoffs this year, but I personally don't see it.

Expect another two years of us building for.. now and losing. I hate this move.

There's no denying what Gibbs did for this franchise in the 80s and 90s, but unfortunately for everyone it's not the Gibbs of the 80s and 90s. He's a legend for good reason, but he's had plenty of time and he's shown nothing but inconsistency.
