Between Heyer and Lorenzo Alexander we have two UDFA's who are huge contributors. Alexander has kicked around a couple other teams, too.

It seems that the main (and probably most valid) complaint against our front office is/was the inability to find guys in the lower rounds that can contribute. These two are the perfect answer to that question.

Not to mention Kedric Golston, HB Blades and Anthony Montgomery - three late-round picks who seem to be on the rise and who could be future stars (or at least consistent starters). Or Todd Collins, a journeyman FA QB. Or other guys like Rock, a 7th rounder.

It looks like we may be headed to our 2nd playoff appearance in 4 years under Gibbs II. That's a pretty good feat considering that we had 1 playoff appearance between 1992 and 2004.
