Hey, I resent that! I can't think of any set of boobs I've laid eyes on that I haven't liked!

On a serious note, I say go for it. The medical risks are minimal now. You hear the occasional horror story, but the statistics have gotten very favorable at this stage.

Cosmetic surgery can give a woman that last boost of confidence she needs. And it's not a false confidence, either. Confidence is all about how you PERCEIVE yourself, and how you perceive that others perceive you. That seems convoluted but it's true. If having the fuller chest makes her feel better about how her clothes will fit, how she'll look, how you'll look at her, etcetera, then that confidence will trickle down into other parts of her life. She'll be even more proud of who she is, she'll be happier, and chances are you'll see an uptick in her sex drive.

You'll love her no matter what her boobs look like, but she'll be happier if she gets them done.
