Not wanting to get much bigger she opted to get a "boob lift" of sorts, w/o implants, and was very pleased. I think w/ more perkiness the breasts seem bigger (and not to mention better).

I know of a couple of women who had this done... most without a problem... but I know one who lost "sensativity" in the nipple... man, what is the point of having a nicer rack if they don't feel.

Unless they are just gross, let nature be.
