I get sick and tired of people talking how the come back coaches can't deal with the new NFL. Gibbs is showing he can adjust to the new NFL. That being said, when it is time to bring in a new coach, whether it be Williams or a young coach, I hope they will have the ability to put the coaching staff together that fits their system
Great post. They'll still say he needs to adjust to the new NFL even after he wins a championship.

Stay stay, I'm tired of this Bill Cohwer BS, sounds like Dan Snyder talk when I hear that...and we know where that road leads us. And the last thing we need is another coach added to our staff.

Joe Gibbs will finish out his contract. I pray for more, but if he's moved to Team President or GM or CEO or whatever title they give him after this season I'm ok with that. I do think we should stay with Williams and Saunders... We will win with the triumvert! IN GIBBS WE TRUST, REDSKINS WILL WIN; WE MUST!!!

Re: Should Gibbs stay or go?

Before the season started, if you said we'd finish 9-7, I probably would have that's it for Gibbs. But after what he was able to do in December, I have been reminded why he is one of the best NFL coaches of all time. I really hope - and expect that - he comes back for the 2008 season, at least.
