If saunders remains the OC or even the HC-Collins will be the starter for next year and then Campbell becomes the starter. This will not hurt in his progress, but it should make him better. If Collins was the starter last season Campbell would not have even been on the field yet. Campbell needs a complete season of watching Collins work this offense from the sidelines since he did not have that opportunity with Brunell stinking up the place. Trust Saunders he will know what to do. Look at the situation brewing in Arizona with Leinart and Warner. Sometimes the young guy needs to sit back and learn like Romo did.
