GW gets the job, no questions!

The man earned his chance at receiving at least a 2 year deal to show what he can do, further, as everyone seems to agree you keep most of your assistants on. I think you get smart with how you speak to Al letting him know that he is next in line if GW cant get it done, this would be the only way to keep him around + he wont get any Head Coach offers anywhere else right now. Lastly, he won’t make the money as an assistant anywhere else.

Im telling you all that GW wouldn’t have stayed two years ago, with head coach offers, had Dan not promised him the job upon Joe's departure. I would have to say all signs point to GW, and if Snyder has half a brain he has learned a few things about football over the past few years and should know a shake-up will only impede our current progressiveness!
