Based on Synder's mentality of making money I think I know what he is diong. I believe that Grimm will be the head coach, Saunders sticks around to be the offensive coordinator and the guy from Tennessee to handle the defense since G Williams will leave since he was not named the head coach. GW=Head Coach - Al Saunders=Assistant Head Coach Offense - Jim Schwartz=Assistant Head Coach Defense

---Remember Schwartz was a disciple of GW, maybe Snyder came to GW and they decided to go after this guy to take over the defense.
