So Meeks and Caldwell get interviewed Monday and GW is hired Wednesday. We get the HC that we and the players want and the new era can begin. I disagree with those who say that bringing in an interview to just comply with the Rooney Rule is stringing them along. Part of the reason why the same guys get the HC jobs is because they know how to interview well because they've been interviewed often. Sometimes just gaining the experience of the interview process can help someone can a job later (think Grimm would be a HC if he had interviewed better? I do.).

Either way the Skins have told candidates this should be swift process. My gut is it's wrapped up by the end of the week. Just my hiunch for now.

I hope he's right. It would be nice to have this done by next weekend.
