What goes on during a 12 hour interview?

It must be a process of elimination where the candidate who can actually make it through all of those hours of interviews is the one who wins the job...LOL! If I have to go through an interview longer than 4 hours, my mind starts to wonder off into never never land.

Seriously though, I think it's a good sign that Williams was called back for another interview and that it was another lengthy interview. I know last week I started having my doubts that Williams was going to be the guy, but I feel now that he should definitely have the position by Friday.
