Absolutely.

In my opinion(which doesn't mean squat in the grand scheme of things) would cause a major meltdown.Organization,fans,and especially the players.

I really hope that DS did learn something from Gibbs. I'm also a bit concerned that maybe Gibbs isn't a GW supporter. If Gibbs still has an impact on this team as an advisor then what the hell is the hold up? And I'm pretty tired of hearing about that Rooney rule. It didn't take the fins with Parcells in charge this damn long.
