I do have interest is seeing the real movie. I think it's when he is about to blast himself in the bunker at the end of the war.

Nope, he is going insane because he was supposed to be able to go to Berlin safely with the americans about to win the war. It was right before he died, he was furious because the airbase in the city had been taken over.

He is in Berlin, in his bunker, below the Reich's Chancellery. The movie--"Downfall" in English, is a grim hyper-real recounting of his last days. Not exactly a date movie. Well, I guess it depends on who you date...

Great performance by Bruno Ganz, but I wasn't keen on feeing even one iota of sympathy or anything for those fuckers. Go Zhukov!
