Gibbs was a good coach too but obviously he didn't feel up to the task anymore.

So from what you have said that for 5 years Snyder has not had idiot coaches. I would also add that when Spurrier was hired he was not looked at as a iddiot hire at the time. Now when he left he was but all owner have made those bad decisions.
