It's a shame because we have had some good threads and discussions in recent weeks, but unfortunately the crap stands out. Because it is the off-season and because of the above mentioned we probably have been a bit lax, but zero tolerance policies are going to start being in full effect.

I agree with everything you've said, you all do enough n shouldn't have to monitor that crap, and I share your frustration. I appreciate your response.
