But when the whole team, coaches, and hall of famer Gibbs feels this would be the best hire for the organization it is kind of hard not to feel it would be a mistake. I think a lot of us here want GW as the head coach. Me personally, am tired of taking 1 step forward, and two steps back. We did that after the 99 playoff season, then after the 2005 playoff season and i believe we would be taking a step back after this seasons playoff run by hiring someone from outside the organization.
