They should not listen to us fans. I agree that some of us are incredibly fickle. However, I do not believe I fall in with that crowd. I was a strong Gibbs supporter and I like what he left in place. That the players and coaches (including Gibbs) reportedly support Williams, despite his arrogance and demanding nature, in his bid to become the next head coach only confirms my belief that he is the right man for the job. In short, I like what I see and so do the people closest to our team (i.e., the players and coaches).
