The buck does indeed stop at Danny's feet. But I think it's a little too easy to pin all our woes on just one man. For example.......Spurrier anyone?

As to your second point, are you alleging that Snyder is our GM? He performs some GM-like functions, but I don't know how the power structure works and I don't know what decisions Danny made or vetoed. If you have inside info, please share.

Exactly. And who hired him?

As to my second 'point' -- it was actually more of a question -- what would Snyder do with a general manager/director of player personnel/team president with a record of 50-62?

It's a simple question really.

Spurrier didn't work out, but most "football minds" were convinced he would do quite well. Snyder gambled and got it wrong, along with the other "experts."

As to your second question, it was rhetorical (i.e., a point). But, to answer it, Snyder would fire himself. That said, I'm not sure why you would indict Snyder's decision-making abilities and then ask what he would do to a GM with a record of 50-62.

I think he meant would Snyder fire Vinny. I'm still not sure why Snyder is so enamored with Vinny after nearly a decade of questionable front office work.
Funny how Vinny "improved" his personnel decisions when Gibbs came back. I know he had success in SF and at Notre Dame, but I'm not a fan.

Well, since he is the owner of the team, and has shown no indication that he's going to sell, the only thing we can hope for is for him to fire himself, Cerrato, and let someone else run the show. So being reasonable about it, I have to afford him at least some level of competence to recognize that he and Cerrato aren't fit to lead this franchise to a competitive status.

But you answered correctly -- he would fire the GM with a 50-62 record. So why should even the most blindly loyal Snyderatto apologist tell us with a straight face that they deserve another shot to guide the front office operations of this franchise when their record is good enough to get anybody else canned?
