Where has it been said or printed that Williams wants control over the team and personnel???? same goes for an offer to Williams, where has that even been uttered???

How in the world could Dan Snyder having even the tiniest bit of say in football related issues make any sense? He is a menace and absolute failure as an owner, why would anyone trust him with football stuff?

I just don't get it.
