I think he'll accept the job if offered. But it must certainly be affecting everyone directly involved.

If offered the job, I think he'll take it. I can't see his pride standing in the way of a head coaching job- gotta figure that if the skins didn't want him for the role, its going to make it that much harder for him to secure one on the open market.
