I think a lot has to do with us being impatient as a fan base and he responds.

I think this is dumb, cuz williams would been a better head Couch for us anyways, then if we get Jim Fessel... we would need 2 built our team, around the new couches we getting over the off-season

You can't have a head couch without going through the process! If we keep on hiring leather head couches then the other fabrics will never have a chance to prove themselves. And might I remind you that 75% of the couches out there are made from the other fabrics.

I mean seriously how is that fairCherylShuman!?! Over 75% of the couches aren't leather but over 90% of the head couches are leather. It just doesn't add up. Then again if it wasn't for the head couch position the leather couches would have nothing to do.
