I think DS and VC sales pitch to all the candidates has been, we want continuity from last years staff/team and in order not to disrupt the team chemistry created we have assembled a staff for you. Are you willing to come here and work with this staff? Do you have a problem with any of the coaches on the staff? If during the season you disagree or have a conflict with a member of the staff we will do the following.... Whoever answers the most "yes master" questions or sell his soul for a load of cash will get the job. Most likely, Fossil.
