I think most football minds would take Rock to carry the ball over Betts, but I don't know how Rock would grade out in pass blocking or pass receiving compared to Betts.

Betts is obviously the better pass receiver, and I can't really compare their pass blocking skills.

It's just in the most important facet of a RB's job, Rock has done better--historically in a small sample, than Betts has done--historically in a large sample.
