El Presidente Resigns (Not Re-Signs)

i wasn't. no one that runs any country, or has money, normally waits for anything. i wasn't picking on that moron that happens to be in the white house right now. none of presidents have to wait. i was referring to firstdown. he made it sound like a big deal that Castro doesn't have to wait for his medical attention

I was laughing my ass off when I heard word "resign" yesterday cause I didn't really know a dictator could resign! Anywho, his resignation letter was even funnier:

The first National Assembly was established on Dec. 2 that same year, and it elected the State Council and its presidency. Before that, I had been a prime minister for almost 18 years. I always had the necessary prerogatives to carry forward the revolutionary work with the support of the overwhelming majority of the people.
