UFAs Briggs and Samuel

I know that Briggs is the most likely out of these two to come to Washington, but Samuel could be a nice addition to our defensive unit. I honestly think that had Samuel not gotten tagged last year by the Patriots, he would've come here.

Both want to much cha ching $$$$$$$, I feel there are better guys for less $$$$$$$ out there and in the draft.
