Zorn Shines The Light On QB Situation

[YellowBirdy]

I would define ‘Get the job done’ as - doing a better job at seeing what defence is lining up against you - throwing fewer flat overthrown passes at clutch moments in games - and making sure that, when we are in the red zone late in games, doing a better job of converting it into points.

I think that all those people who have endless excuses’ for JC’s performance since he got the starters job have to ask them selves why, although TC maybe knew Saunders offense better, JC was completely out performed by a guy who was 38, had only played 2 games in 10 years and has a weak arm.

I don’t know if TC will stay now Saunders has gone and I don’t know if we even want to keep him but I think that his performance at the end of last season has put a huge question mark over what JC has been getting out of the offense. If he doesn’t show a big improvement next year we should have a proven Vet as cover who has had success with the W/coast system.
