If Collins was destined to be a great player in this league, who just never got his chance, that speaks very ill of the scouting system in the NFL today--worse than anything I have ever said about it. More likely, TC isn't a great player, but a pretty good one with a very strong potential for failure here in his twilight years and beyond, especially given the expectations he set for himself last year.
