You are right and we haven’t had many good D-lines in the past 10 years and our success, or lack their of, shows that it isn’t a good recipe to being very productive making super bowl runs. We need pressure on the line, which will just make the rest of our D, which looks pretty good, even more successful.

I understand this is a pipe dream, but what else do we have going on right now?

yes when they play a team w/a qb that's got a tender ankle & they continue to call 7 step drops & long patterns, rather than 3 & 5 step drops w/shorter routes.

good d linemen are a valuable commodity in short supply, but I'm not sure how much peppers is worth. If he wants to be the highest paid d player, I'd let him go to wherever he can get that kind of cash.

On a side note, it doesn't appear the broncos have changed their personel philosophy at all. They've shelled out some big deals for fa's & trades out there.
